Who I Am
Welcome to Cyanea
I am Petros Mavros, a Greek Cypriot Executive Chef and Hotelier with over three decades of experience in food and hospitality. My roots are in Cyprus, an island where hospitality is a way of life, and my food culture is deeply Mediterranean — a tradition built on sharing, seasonality, and respect for both land and sea.
